I am disgusted with the inefficiency and rude mannerism of the lady who runs this shop. She defaulted on her own committed delivery time, causing me to waste time and energy running up 10 kms to her shop on a busy morn. The next day when I was naturally upset calling her up repeatedly to enquire about getting my specs, she said I was talking rubbish! This is one place I'd not recommend anyone for urgent replacements. You'll probably get what I got - delayed delivery, arrogance and zero customer service - she didn't even give me a specs case/cover, which even a small town unrated optician would give!
