Fake Fraud Companay named , MY SQUARE SPACES PVT LTD, Row house no.3, king palace, next lane to Old sai petrol pump, Geeta Nagar phase II, Mira Bhayander Road, Mira Road East - 401107 As I was working inside this office for some time, I knew that this company is a fake to cheat public money. They do have many business names,Mysquare Spaces/Mysquare Spaces pvt Ltd, Panache Expo India, Excel Career Solution, Proton etc etc. Actually, this people do not generate any legitimate business income, they generate income by cheating public money. There is a fraud named Jasbir singh owns this company and a girl shabina F Khan is a un-official wife of Jabir singh. Their business for the nameshake "selling land" in outskirt of mumbai. They show someone else's Land and get involved the customers. They show you forged land documents for their ownership. Once customers came to know about their fraud after few months, they simply fight and forfeit the whole amount in the name of cancellation/forfeiture. They take advantage of customer’s who do not read each and every point of agreement clauses. They do forge documens, terms and condition, even customer’s signature, favouring their side . Even after severe pressure from few parties, they gave refund cheque for small amount, to postpone the issue for a while. Since they do have many bank accounts without balances, they do issue cheques one another(to make you fool ) bank account cheques. Ultimately, the cheque you receive keeps on bouncing, and you don’t get money. They do not worry about police complaint/legal action (several customers dragged them to police station/even their own employees dragged them to police station for salaries). They take advantage of legal system which lengthen the process of justice. Every one year they change their office address(Real fact is, the land lord drive them away when they do not pay the monthly rent) They do afraid only if you hit them un-officially. They do not have any other supporting goon background. (It is a suggestion for the situation when you loose money/or harrasement) Recently they cheated jobseekers as a Job consultants, in the name of job fairs held in ville parle. They simply collected registration fee of Rs 1100/- and their intention to collect 10 lac Rs. from 1000 candidates. Fact is they got 5000 application. Appeal to Land investors/Job seekers not to approach this people.
