After joining Prettislim I can see difference like my old clothes started fitting me even my body I am feeling on lighter side. I get lots of compliments from my colleagues .I can see difference in 5 session .Lost from side and tummy 18cm.

The session conduct was good with overall effect on shape up of tummy and side tuck was satisfactory .The diet plan provided was not satisfactory by losing weight it has put me on path of losing weight as per my future plan.

Since my eating habits have changed. I have a whole new outlook on life My confidence has gone up, my moods are better, and I have started being more active. My doctor Sharon was also a great motivator. I look forward to so much more now and life is so much better I plan on maintaining a healthy weight and lifestyle with the help of the Dietician Manisha.
